DiSC® Management

The DiSC® Management modules are designed to help you improve your management style using DiSC® principles. This means recognizing the strengths and preferences of your team members based on their DiSC® styles, enhancing your communication, motivation, and conflict resolution skills, and fostering the development and performance of your team.

Workshop content encompasses:

• Gain self-awareness of your DiSC management style, including:

  • Management Priorities & Preferences

  • Your Directing & Delegating Style

• Learn to read people

• Understand how to direct and delegate based on DiSC styles

• Motivate team members and create a high-performing workplace culture

  • How to develop Talent & DiSC Development Styles

• Managing up & Generating buy-in

*The module spans approximately 5.5 hours of content, which can be divided into 6 separate sessions for convenience and focused learning.
